Your Mid-Week Butt Kickin’ -Your Gratitude List

We talk a lot about being grateful. A good exercise to work on this is to make a gratitude list. Here is one of mine I did years ago.

1. God
2. Chiropractic
3. Family
4. Friends
5. My Team
6. My Health
7. The abundance which is mine.
8. Food and Shelter
9. My Restaurant
10. My Patients

Why do this? Because when you do you become more positive. And when you are more positive you are:

1. More confident
2. Less depressed
3. Take more risks
4. More assertive
5. More willing to take on new projects.
6. Better body language
7. Better relationships
8. Better health
And on and on and on…………………

Band aid remedies never last. There is only one person responsible for the quality of your life and that person is YOU! You must choose to let go of excuses if you want success and happiness. YOU control only 3 things:

1. The thoughts you think.
2. The images you see.
3. The actions you take.

Is what you are presently doing working? You need to do more of what is working and less of what isn’t. BUT FIRST, you need to decide what it is you want. This is you Mid-Week Butt Kickn, Now go kick butt and let’s start with your butt!
