1. Raise your standards. Write down things you’ll no longer accept. What do you expect from
yourself?

2. Change your limiting beliefs. If you don’t believe it, it will never happen.

3. Change your strategies. If you find yourself in the same place, “Your Way” isn’t working.

Now go kick butt. And as always, let’s start with your butt!
