Your Mid-Week Butt Kick’n-Just Give Me Something Simple!

I remember a coach yelling at us a long time ago saying, “We made this really ______ simple!” I will let you fill in the blank. When I’m trying to give advice, which is basically what my blog is about, it is only worth something if I can get you to apply it. So I figured this week I would try to really give you 7 things to do over the next week. All I’m asking is 7 things for 7 days!

1. Change your eating habits.

2. Be clear about where you want to go.

3. Instead of ignoring your problems, resolve them.

4. Don’t “veg” on TV.

5. If you’re overloaded, don’t take on more.

6. Take a break.

7. Go to bed earlier.

I promise if you do these things over the next 7 days you will have improved success. How could you not? I’ve made this really _________ simple!!! Now go hammer the day!
